MetricsCube is an SaaS application, which means that you do not have to go through the whole procedure of setting up your own server as well as installation and update processes. Our tool is extremely convenient and intuitive in use but highly functional at the same time. All you have to do to use it is install our Connector that will send data from your application to MetricsCube.
The reason is simple. The essence of MetricsCube is well-designed data presentation, easy access and fast onboarding process - something that would be rather problematic to achieve with a module, especially considering the fact that in the future we plan to support multiple applications. The whole procedure of maintaining the modules and installing/updating them would make them really difficult in use. In the long run, it is simply much easier to develop a standalone application. Based on our long years of experience at ModulesGarden, it will be the best for both sides.
For the time being we unfortunately cannot ensure such an option, but we will definitely take that into consideration.
Once you have installed our Connector on your web application, it will start sending data to MetricsCube. This process of communication works one-way only which means that MetricsCube will never try to connect to your application directly.
What is more, in MetricsCube you will be able to decide for yourself which data to synchronize. For example, if you do not want to share your clients’ information, you can disable this option and the data will be not sent to MetricsCube. The only consequence of restricting the data for synchronization is that you will not have access to the relevant reports.
Most of all it will depend on the amount of data stored in your application. Currently we can ensure around 1 minute for an application with less than 1000 clients and maximum 3 minutes for an application with 10 000 clients. Of course, in the future we plan to reduce the time of data processing to absolute minimum.
In its first version, MetricsCube will generate reports for WHMCS, Magento 1.X, Magento 2.X and PrestaShop. For the next releases we are considering extending supporting for such web hosting control panels as cPanel and Plesk.
This aspect is still in the phase of development since the final list will strongly depend on the application type. It means that eCommerce platforms will simply have different reports from billing software or control panels. The full list will be available closer to the BETA phase. As of today we can already promise that we will make every effort to add more and more reports related to the most important aspects of your business.

This matter is still under discussion but we estimate the monthly or yearly plans to start from $19 per month. Once we have launched an official BETA, we will be closely monitoring the costs of maintaining the infrastructure which depend on the amount of data sent to our software. In other words, plans and costs will most probably be strictly connected with the volume of data stored in your application.
