Once your trial ends, access to reports is suspended, but you have two additional weeks to complete your purchase and choose a plan. If you decide not to move forward during that time, your application - along with all associated data - will be automatically removed in line with our data protection standards.

No worries though: there are no late fees and no hidden charges. Plus, you're always welcome to come back and start fresh by connecting a new application.

Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further payments will be charged automatically.

To resume your subscription, simply complete the payment manually within 14 days after your access ends. After that period, your application and data will be permanently removed. If you decide to return in the future, you're always welcome to connect a new application.

Only active clients have real bearing on your business, and therefore are included in pricing calculation. An active client is considered a user who has at least one active subscription in your WHMCS, namely a service, domain or addon.

Through an extended evaluation period, one of our major goals was to find the most optimal parameter of pricing formulation. We wanted it to be a fair and equitable factor, and at the same time, a scalable one to fully cover the costs of the computing power. After trying out a series of options, the number of active clients has proven to be the most efficient parameter.

There is no such option in general, but if you have at least 3 active applications, you may always contact us to discuss the possibility of a personalized discount.
