# Activity

All activity concerning your MetricsCube applications is recorded and kept for you. You can find it by opening the "Activity" section of the side menu.

Once there, you will find the "Activity Log" on the left, and the "Logs Summary" on the right. If you would like, you can take a brief step-by-step guide, by clicking the encircled question mark icon in the top left corner.

# Activity log

Everything that has taken place concerning your MetricsCube applications can be seen here. You can filter the data by type, your MetricsCube applications and select time period.

Log types include:

  • New Customers
  • New Orders
  • Accepted Orders
  • Renewals
  • Upgrades
  • Downgrades
  • Cancellation Requests
  • Opened Tickets
  • Closed Tickets
  • New Transactions
  • Failed Payments
  • Paid Invoices
  • New Terminations
  • New Activations
  • Ticket Replies
  • New Suspensions
  • New Unsuspensions

You can select all, multiple or just one log type or MetricsCube application for relevant logs to be displayed. We have included "Select All" and "Search" functions as well.

You can specify the time period that interests you by hand or use one of the predefined settings:

  • Last 28 Days
  • This Month
  • Last Month
  • Last 90 Days
  • Last 365 Days
  • This Year

The "Search" field is placed in the top right corner of the log. It will help you find the records you are interested in.
You can filter the data by:

  • Website Name
  • Customer Information
    • First name
    • Name
    • Company name
    • Email

Because of number of the logs potentially being quite high, the log is split into pages, you can change the page at the bottom of the log.

# Logs summary

This window summarizes all the logs for previously selected period. If you change the selected period, the "Logs Summary" will update automatically and display relevant numbers. It displays only relevant activity logs, so if the number of logs of a specific type is 0, it will not be displayed here.
