# My Billing

Whenever you need to manage your billing information, billing notifications or the payment method, the "Billing" section is where you want to go. It is also equipped with the "Subscriptions" list of all subscriptions with your applications. If you ever decide to close your MetricsCube account, the bottom of this page is where you can do that.

We will now cover each function in more detail.

# Subscriptions

To put it simply, this is the list of all subscriptions with your applications. It displays information concerning system, plan, status (enabled or disabled), auto renew, due date, and price. You can, of course, sort the list by those variables.

There are two actions you can do here:

  • Cancel a specific subscription.
  • Change the plan for a specific subscription.

The list also comes with a Search feature placed at the top, you can search not only by the name of the system or plan, but also by status, auto renew, due date as well as price.

Below the list, you can see the Total Estimated Costs that MetricsCube calculates for you. The value might change before the invoice is issued, as it depends on the amount of users you have in your system.

# Billing information

By clicking on the "Update Details" button, you can update your billing details. These are required to generate invoices according to the EU law.
You can change your:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company Name (this field is optional)
  • Address
  • City
  • Country/Region
  • Zip/Postal Code
  • State/Province/Region
  • Phone Number
  • VAT Number - if you are in the EU country and do not provide a valid VAT ID, you will be automatically charged with extra tax accordingly to your country tax rules.
  • whether or not you run a private enterprise.

When you are finished changing your information, make sure to Save them by clicking the button in the lower right corner.

# Billing notifications

Decide where all messages related to your billing are to be delivered to:

  • Enter desired email address.
  • Click "Save" to confirm. Any future billing email messages will be sent to that address.

# Payment method

You can change your payment method anytime. To do so, click on the Change Payment Method button, choose your desired payment method and hit Continue.
When changing the payment method, you will see information regarding the next due date and how far into the future the validity of your applications has been extended.

Your set payment method will be displayed above the "Change Payment Method" button. Keep in mind, you only have to set it once, and the system will bill you automatically each month.

# Close account

If, for any reason, you want to close your account, you can do it here by clicking on the Close Account button.
