# My Account

The “Account” section is a place where you can set up your account preferences including personal information, notifications settings, interface settings, and security. This is also where you can change your password and enable Two-Factor Authentication.

# Personal information

The first area is where you can easily and quickly set up and manage your personal information. The obligatory fields are your:

  • Email address
  • First name
  • Last name

This is also where you can change your MetricsCube password. To do so simply click the Change Password button, enter your old and new passwords in respective fields and save changes.

# Notifications

This area allows you to control your notifications. You can decide whether or not to receive each type of notification. Notification types include:

  • Daily notifications
  • Outdated Connector notifications

# Interface settings

Personalize different aspects of your interface, such as:

  • Date format
    • Available formats include:
      • d M Y (eg. 13 Feb 2024)
      • M d, Y (eg. Feb 13, 2024)
      • m-d-Y (eg. 02-13-2024)
      • m/d/Y (eg. 02/13/2024)
  • Time difference
    • If you hover over this setting, MetricsCube will calculate the time difference between your browser and our server. For more information please visit Time Differences.
  • Default currency
    • Available currencies include USD, EUR, and GBP.
  • Client label display
    • This defines how the client labels will be displayed on Live Dashboard and other sections. Available formats are:
      • #ID First Name Last Name
      • #ID Company Name
  • RTL interface
    • This toggle allows you to switch between left-to-right (LTR) and right-to-left (RTL) interface orientation.

# Security

The last section on this page allows you to change security-related options such as:

  • New dvice detection notification
    • Possible formats include:
      • New IP Address, device and browser
      • New IP Address and device
      • New IP Address and browser
      • New IP Address
      • New device
      • None
  • Session timeout
    • Options include:
      • 15 minutes
      • 30 minutes
      • 1 hour
      • 24 hours
      • 48 hours
      • 1 week
  • Two-Factor Authentication with either
    • Authenticator
    • SMS Verification
