New Orders

Statistics of all orders marked as "New" that have been placed in the system within the selected time frame.

• The data is presented based on the order creation date.
• All orders are included regardless of their current status - both active and those pending acceptance.

Cancellation Requests

A number of cancellation requests for your products that have been placed in a specified time range.
The table below shows a breakdown by product and request type for each time period.

Tax Value

A value of tax calculated from all paid invoices within a specified time frame. The data is presented based on the invoice issue date.

Late Fee Income

The net income generated from late fees collected during a selected time period.

• The amounts are grouped by Date Paid and do not include taxes.
• Income paid by credits is also included.

Unpaid Invoices Value

Represents the net value of invoice items related to hosting services, domains, addons and billable items.

• The amounts exclude taxes and fees.
• Currency conversion (if applicable) is calculated based on the exchange rate on the invoice's due date.
