# Product Analysis

Provides a centralized dashboard for analyzing product performance, profitability, and customer engagement. Combines high-level visual charts with itemized data logs.

# Overview Panel

  • Lists all analytical modules (Income, Active Services, Churn, Orders, Tickets, Receivables). Selecting a module updates the main chart.

# Interactive Charts

  • Displays visual trends for the currently selected metric.
  • Hover Details: Shows exact values for specific days or ranges upon hovering over data points.
  • Time Intervals: Groups data by Daily, Weekly or Monthly intervals via the top-right dropdown menu.

# Product Breakdown

Provides a comprehensive, itemized table displaying key performance and support metrics across all products, addons, and domains.

  • Grouped View: Organizes individual products under their respective Product Groups, followed by dedicated sections for domains and addons.
  • Aggregated Metrics: Tracks vital statistics per item, including Total Income, Churn, Renewed Services Income, Placed Orders, New Tickets and Ticket Replies.
  • Search & Filtering: Allows locating specific items instantly using the dedicated search bar. The data can be further narrowed down using the global date picker and attribute filters at the top of the screen.
  • Data Export: Allows exporting the entire breakdown data into CSV, XLS, or PDF formats via the Export button located in the top right corner.

# Income

Tracks successfully collected, taxable revenue from your products, addons, and domains.

  • New vs. Renewed: Data is categorized into New services (initial purchases) and Renewed services (recurring payments and service upgrades).
  • Date Basis: Revenue is recorded on the exact date the payment was made (datepaid).
  • Credits Exclusion: Payments made using account credit are entirely excluded. For partial payments combining Credits and standard methods, only the standard collected funds are counted and distributed proportionally across invoice line items.
  • Currency Conversion: Multi-currency values are converted to your base currency using the exchange rate valid on the payment date.

# Active Services

This chart acts as an event log, tracking the exact volume (quantity) of services newly purchased or renewed within the selected timeframe.

  • Included Items: It counts events across all pricing models, including one-time, free, and recurring billing cycles for products, addons, and domains.
  • Date Basis: It is important to note that events are plotted on the timeline based on their billing due date (duedate), not the exact moment of payment.

# Churn

Tracks customer attrition and lost revenue by calculating Churned MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) from cancelled or terminated services.

  • New vs. Renewed: The lost revenue is categorized into New services churn (cancelled early in their lifecycle) and Renewed services churn (cancelled after being renewed at least once).
  • Date Basis: Records are plotted based on their termination or cancellation date.

# Orders

Tracks your sales activity by counting the total volume of orders placed within the selected period.

  • Included Items: This includes orders for products, addons, domains, and service upgrades.
  • Item-Level Tracking: This is a quantity-based metric. Because a client can purchase multiple services in a single transaction, the Product Breakdown list will show an itemized breakdown where several individual records may share the same Order ID.
  • Date Basis: Records are plotted on the timeline based on the exact date the order was placed.

# Tickets

Measures the customer support workload specifically generated by your products and services.

  • Service Assignment Required: Only tickets explicitly assigned to a specific service, addon, or domain are counted. General tickets without an assigned service are entirely excluded.
  • New vs. Replies: The volume is split into New tickets (newly opened requests) and Ticket replies. The replies metric includes all responses made by both your clients and your support staff.
  • Date Basis: Records are plotted based on the exact date the ticket was created or the reply was posted.

# Receivables

Monitors your cash flow and outstanding debts by comparing collected payments against overdue amounts. All values include taxes.

  • Paid: Represents revenue successfully collected on a given day, based on the payment date. Multi-currency values are converted using the exchange rate from the payment date.
  • To be paid: Represents overdue, outstanding amounts, plotted based on the invoice due date. Multi-currency values are converted using the exchange rate from the invoice generation date.
  • Credits Exclusion: Similar to the Income report, any payments settled using account credit are excluded from this metric.
